Do I need to log in to search?

No. You can browse public listings without an account. An account is needed for actions such as managing your own business or submitting a customer review.

Who creates business listings?

Business users create and update their own profiles and offerings. A draft must be published, and any required checks completed, before it is eligible for public discovery.
